Disconnected work creates friction
Paper files, separate spreadsheets, and informal messages make records harder to maintain, review, and share responsibly.
Aqiled Beta Version 1
Aqiled Beta v1 gives schools an accessible way to evaluate connected operations, teaching, and family workflows.
Technology built for schools. Supported by people who believe every school deserves access to it.
The access gap
Schools increasingly depend on digital systems, yet dependable tools can remain difficult or expensive to access.
Paper files, separate spreadsheets, and informal messages make records harder to maintain, review, and share responsibly.
Aqiled brings administration, teaching workflows, reporting, and appropriate family access into a platform schools can evaluate step by step.
Current development status
Aqiled is an actively developed web application for primary-school operations. The capabilities below reflect workflows currently represented in the web application and API.
Available workflows can vary by role and deployment.
Manage users, roles and permissions, student records, sections, subjects, academic years and terms.
Work with class schedules, attendance, leave handling, grade scales and templates, gradebooks, and published grades.
Support admissions and enrollment, official documents, parent views of courses, grades and attendance, notices, and parent-service requests.
Use dashboards, reports, school settings, Demo tenant workflows, and the internal website-feedback inbox.
The application includes authenticated browser sessions, role and permission checks, tenant and academic-year scoping, CSRF and origin validation, rate limits, audit records, security headers, and data export or erasure workflows.
A mission-led model
Sustainable school contributions, community work, partners, and supporters can strengthen one shared platform without making maximum software revenue the mission.
Schools, contributors, partners, and donors provide different forms of support.
Resources sustain development, documentation, translation, operations, and responsible maintenance.
Administrators, educators, students, and families benefit from clearer connected workflows.
